4 Right to object

Where we process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR), you may object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). We will then no longer process the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. 5 Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority competent for us is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen (the North Rhine-Westphalia data protection commissioner).

6 Web server logs

When our website is accessed, the hosting server records technically necessary data in server log files:

IP address of the requesting device,
date and time of the request,
URL requested and HTTP status code,
volume of data transferred,
referrer URL,
user agent (browser and operating system identifier).

PurposeEnsuring stable operation, diagnosing faults, defending against attacks.

Legal basisArt. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

Retention14 days, after which the data is deleted or anonymised automatically. In the event of an attack, the affected log lines are retained until the matter is resolved.

RecipientsNo disclosure to third parties other than the processor named in section 11.

ProvisionWithout this data the website cannot be delivered technically.

7 Contact by email and telephone

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the details you give us (name, contact details, content of your enquiry) in order to deal with your request.

Legal basisArt. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures / performance of a contract) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering the enquiry).

RetentionUntil your enquiry has been dealt with conclusively, and at most until the statutory retention periods expire (German Commercial Code / Fiscal Code).

8 Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no comparable tracking techniques (no local storage, no tag manager, no analytics tools, no third-party scripts). Consent under § 25 TDDDG is therefore not required.

9 Third-party content

This website loads no content from third-party providers and links to no external services; fonts are self-hosted.

10 Transfers to third countries

No personal data is transferred to a third country (Art. 44 et seq. GDPR).

11 Processors

For hosting this website we use IONOS SE, Montabaur (Germany), as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR.
