5 Legal bases for processing

Unless stated otherwise, we rely on the following legal bases when processing your data:

Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — legitimate interest (secure and stable operation of the website),
Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR — entering into or performing a contract (where you contact us for business purposes),
Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR — compliance with legal obligations.

When our website is accessed, the hosting server records technically necessary data in server log files:

This website sets no cookies and uses no comparable tracking techniques (no local storage, no tag manager, no analytics tools, no third-party scripts). Consent under § 25 TDDDG is therefore not required.

No external scripts, fonts, maps, videos or social plugins are loaded when this website is accessed. All fonts are self-hosted. This website links to no external services, so neither viewing nor clicking its content triggers a request to a third party.

10 Transfers to third countries

Accessing this website involves no transfer of personal data to a third country within the meaning of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR. Should that change through new technical components in future, this policy will be amended accordingly.
